Rant Alert Yes, that's the remains of a mylar ball

Rant Alert
Yes, that's the remains of a mylar balloon in with my ewes and ram (not the first one I've found over the years). Thankfully it wasn't in with my young sheep or one of them would surely have found it irresistible.
I think anyone participating in a balloon release should, at the very least, be charged with littering. It's no different than throwing trash out your car window. Do they think there's a clean up crew that tracks balloons and disposes of them at journey's end? There's not. It's garbage, plain and simple.
How about a second charge for destruction of private property? What's my recourse if any of my animals eat that and die? I have none. And yes, livestock will do that.
Can you tell this is one of my pet peeves?

6/5 Finn earned his RD

5/27-5/28 Finn finished his Open Cattle title at the SEMASA Great Lakes Trial

2022

9/30-10/2 At the 3 Sheeps to the Wind Corona Classic Finn took HiT sheep at the first two trials. Over the weekend he went 6/6 on sheep with only two scores under 100. Despite me, he also earned his OTDd and one leg toward his OTDc.

6/18 Finn’s baby sister Maeve officially joined the crew.

5/28-5/30 Finn earned his STDc at the SEMASA Memorial Weekend trial on some difficult cattle, taking a couple HiT-Started awards and the weekend MPS Aussie award.
